Notes on course number 82808:This class will focus on the connection of voice, physical life, and speech. Students will learn proper vocal production, vocal health, as well as advanced IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) and speech dialects for the actor. Pre-req: Voice and Movement I. This course will meet on campus during the Fall 2021 semester. Face coverings are strongly encouraged for unvaccinated individuals but can be worn by anyone regardless of their vaccination status. All students are required to attend class or complete an assignment by 4pm on August 19th (October 12th for Second Session classes) or they will be reported as a No Show. Seats in classrooms will be assigned and students should consult the seating chart in D2L prior to coming to class on the first day.
